Our Call-Passing the Baton to the Next Generation

That’s What She Said: The Theological Conundrum of Women Preachers
Can women be preachers, pastors and leaders in the church?  What would the Apostle Paul, or even Jesus, think or say?  Drawing upon our Pentecostal heritage, which has historically supported women in ministry, and very solid Biblical exegesis, this breakout session aims to revisit those tough passages (like 1 Timothy 2) and provide a strong theological and ecclesiological framework for the current ministry landscape.  In addition to a presentation, this session will include a quick survey, as well as a panel of female ministers as respondents.
